- What did you like most?Beautiful colonial hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms are large and comfortable. We had an issue with the A/C and safe deposit box, and they moved us to a better room. Great Stay!

- Was there anything you didn't like?We booked this trip for my birthday. Two days in the cartel took over and we were in lockdown. The staff treated us like crap. I understand that they had to stay and work, but they should also know that we are guest and make us feel comfortable due to us already feeling unsafe and scared. The staff was completely rude, especially in the restaurant area. I will never stay at this hotel again.
