A bit meh
- What did you like most?The hotel has a fantastic bar on the 46th floor with 360 panorama. My room service person was wonderful, I assume it was Tammy. Always smiling, very polite.
- Was there anything you didn't like?The welcome has set the mood for my stay. A hard sale for an upgrade. If your rooms are bad, don't sell them but don't put a customer on spot after 12 hours flight to upgrade for 75 per night extra. Also, when I finally declined all options 3 times, he was really short with me. That kind of spoilt the stay. The hotel is redecorated but the equipment, carpets and furniture are old and tired, usb sockets only in rooms but not anywhere else. I doubt they care, but if you have another option, look further.
