- What did you like most?The location is great. The room was nicely decorated and clean, bed was comfy.
- Was there anything you didn't like?Hot water heater was broken and we were not notified. Had to take freezing cold showers before leaving for our cruise. Hotel bar closed hours earlier than stated. We even verified the times when we arrived. Staff was not very pleasant. When we did ask questions or had breakfast the next morning, they made us feel like we were bothering them. Desk clerk/manager actually hung up on us when we called to ask about the hot water issue. We were not rude or demanding in any way, so not a great experience overall.
