- What did you like most?I did not eat their. My adult child did eat it and said it was very mediocre.
- Was there anything you didn't like?Would not give us an invoice for charges. Said I had to go through the 3rd party who booked stay. I have never had an issue getting an invoice about all charges, breakfast charged. taxes, etc. from a hotel before as I mostly book from 3rd party websites. Were not helpful at front desk - basically if you book online with Expedia or Booking,com, they were no help.
Beware they don't like 3rd party bookings
- What did you like most?I used to stay in this hotel quite a bit when I was travelling last year. the old MGMT was great the rooms were clean in good shape. The MGMT has changed completely the new MGMT is not even close to caring about customers in the same way.
- Was there anything you didn't like?I booked thru booking.com to hold reservation and paid for my room on Nov 13-14 and 17-18 ( separate stays) in cash both nights thru the mgr mitzy. The hotel after my last day on the 18th billed my card that was on file already because of deposit for the amenities but then took money for both nights when they had already been paid in cash. I had to go back to hotel and speak w them in person after calling and nothing was done. The mgr said the night auditor did this (who obviously doesn't read or communicate w day mgmt). One night was returned but I had been charged now twice for the first night and second nights double charge returned. I'm still out 94.98 dollars and I've had to get my bank involved because these people don't care. They made it very clear they don't like 3td party bookings.. The rooms I got both had something messed up - first night turned on air and the room smelled like bad chemicals. Second night big repaired crack in tub wall and no water pressure in bath. I talked to the general mgr about returning my over charged funds and his attitude was too bad! I would avoid this hotel they have made it very clear the first night I got there that they don't like 3rd party bookings. I had a great experience here w old MGMT but this group doesn't communicate and doesn't care. go next door its well worth the few extra dollars at the best western I won't book here ever again.
