Great location, ugly rooms

- What did you like most?The location was convenient and close to nearby attractions. Check-in was fairly quick
- Was there anything you didn't like?The hotel was nothing like what was advertised online, which was extremely disappointing. Based on the 7.3 rating, I expected a much better experience. When I arrived, the sheets had black stains on them. I had to request clean sheets, and it took approximately five hours to receive them. When I followed up, I was told that housekeeping was likely busy cleaning other rooms. That response was unacceptable given the condition of the bedding. The property advertises breakfast; however, I was informed upon arrival that breakfast is no longer served. That information should be updated online so guests are not misled. The front desk staff was extremely rude and dismissive throughout my stay. The bathroom was also unclean to the point where I had to purchase cleaning supplies and clean it myself in order to feel comfortable using it. Overall, I will not be booking here again. Cleanliness and customer service should be a priority, and unfortunately, this stay did not meet basic standards.
