Great hotel, excellent staff, shame...
- What did you like most?The staff were excellent, especially those in the executive lounge who were so helpful and friendly. The hotel was spotlessly clean.
- Was there anything you didn't like?The outdoor pool is not working and has not been for some time. There is no terrace food during the day. The pool and the outdoor terrace was the reason we booked this hotel as I like to swim every day - the indoor pool is not big enough to swim properly. If I had know it was not available I would have cancelled. It is still being advertised as having an outdoor pool. To be fair the manager helped out and said I could swim in another Hilton but I would have to give him exact times 24 hours in advance. Not really feasible on holiday. This was however our only disappointment.
