Not worth the money. False Advertising & Failure to Deliver
- What did you like most?The location was good. The amenities looked okay but everything was so disappointing
- Was there anything you didn't like?I had high expectations for The Reach by Hilton, but my stay was a complete disappointment and, frankly, a case of false advertising and failure to deliver services as marketed. The rooms looked nothing like the professional photos on the website — instead, they were old, worn, and in dire need of renovation. The beach was unusable, covered in thick, rotting seaweed with a strong, nauseating smell of decaying fish. This is not the pristine, relaxing beachfront experience the hotel promotes. The restaurant was equally disappointing — the menu provided was completely different from the one advertised online, removing several key items that influenced my booking decision. This was a clear misrepresentation of the property’s condition and amenities. The experience fell drastically short of the Hilton brand promise and what was paid for. This was a total waste of time, money, and vacation days.
