- Was there anything you didn't like?I’m requesting a significant discount due to multiple issues that affected our family vacation from Fri, Feb 13 - Mon, Feb 16. Before arrival, we arranged an extra bed over the phone, yet at 10PM upon arrival I was told it was not available, and had to wait at the front desk with my young children until one was eventually delivered late and left unmade. Our SUV did not fit in the parking spaces, nor were there spots available. The hot tub did not work all weekend. We had hot water issues in our room on Saturday: the shower was lukewarm on the hottest setting leaving us unable to shower. Staff at the front desk were not helpful in solving any of these issues, one girl tried calling the Supervisor with no answer, and no resolution. These problems were not disclosed and do not match what was advertised, especially for a Family Day weekend booking. Had we known, we would not have chosen this property. Please advise on an appropriate compensation. I hope to resolve this promptly without further escalation.
