Terrible service, good facilities
- What did you like most?Size of room , bed was comfortable, it had heating.
- Was there anything you didn't like?The staff and service was awful. We booked and pay for 3 people, they only put 2 towels. When asked at 9 am, the promise to bring them...after asking about 4 times and going each time in person to the lobby, they sent the bell boy at midnight, that is an insult and disrespectful, we were sleeping when the knock on the door. We asked for extra water, paid almost 100 pesos, even when they already charged and we paid for a 3rd person. Same with everything, no coffee left in the appropriate amount, when asked, gave the wrong coffee for a different machine. I am not sure they are incompetent, not trained or just the apathy to provide a good service is evident.
