Your stay at Atlantis is subject to important legal terms and conditions that effect your legal rights and mandate disputes be resolved exclusively before a Court in The Bahamas. Maximum occupancy per room is 4 guests INCLUDING children. If booking 4 adults plus 1 or more children, TWO or more rooms are required. Children 11 years and younger stay for free with paying adults. Children ages 12-17 pay $50 per nights plus daily housekeeping gratuities. The credit or debit card used to make the reservation must be presented upon check-in at the hotel. Upon check-in, a credit card guarantee or cash deposit of USD 250 per room per day will be held for incidental charges. Upon check-out, guests are required to settle any outstanding charges in full using a credit card, travelers’ checks or US dollars. - What did you like most?Our initial stay was at The Coral, and we were very unhappy with our experience. The room was unclean, and the bed was unacceptable. Upon our arrival, we had a room booked from the previous day due to a missed flight. We checked in at 1:30 PM, exhausted from flying since 4 AM. We were initially informed the room would be ready within 30 minutes, but this changed to an hour. Ultimately, we were unable to check in until after 4 PM. We find it unacceptable to pay for a room that was not available on our arrival day. We requested a refund, which was denied. We feel The Coral has taken our money for a room we were unable to use. Following our week at The Coral and the unsatisfactory room conditions, we had to extend our stay for a few additional days due to inclement weather. Our stay at The Reef was much better; the staff was excellent, and the room was comfortable and functional. We would like to return to Atlantis and stay at The Reef. However, if we do not receive compensation for the issues at The Coral, we will consider other resorts closer to the airport

- What did you like most?Exceeded my expectations as we have traveled to an Outland many times before and I was not sure that I was going to going to enjoy myself. It did not feel crowded or commercialized as I thought that it would. Staff was great and those that cleaned our room went beyond, they were great. Everyone very helpful. Loved the shuttle service.
- Was there anything you didn't like?Honestly the only drawback for me was not anything that you can change and that was that there were no matter waves as I was used to in the out island but it did not keep me from enjoying g myself.
