Furniture, doors and woodwork need renovation; room shows damage, outdated photos and rates are high
- What did you like most?The breakfast location in the hotel, the food, staff (including cleaning personnel) and the central location of the hotel on the 55th street
- Was there anything you didn't like?The furniture, doors, locks, and other woodwork require serious renovation after many years of use and inadequate repairs, and this is clearly visible throughout the room, on the walls (with many old, unused holes) and in some corridors. The bathroom door in our room wouldn't open fully because it hit the toilet seat. The pictures on the webpage must have been taken over 10 years ago. I wish the room rates, or at least the extra "property" charges, were lower
