Exceptional
Leaky floor with no management...
- What did you like most?Initial thoughts were good, but devolved into issues. Upon getting to the room, there was an open latch in the bathroom ceiling. Didn’t think much of it and we were only there to sleep. No big deal. Used the facilities the first night and noticed the floor wet and thought it was from taking a quick shower to wash the trip off. Then it happened again the next day. We were in a hurry for the day and quickly forgot. The next morning, I was the first one up and used the facilities and there was water there again. I quickly realized the floor was leaking from underneath. It didn’t smell great and unsure if the liquid was from the shower, toilet or something else entirely. We alerted staff that morning and was met with lack luster reception and said a “manager” would get with us over the phone. Nothing. Not a single phone call or email from them. I even called the hotel and left a message to connect with the property manager. Days have passed and nothing. It was already overpriced for what it was and if this is how they respond to guests, will definitely be the last time we stay. We should have stayed at the Raphael. Photos of clean floor and merely stepping on the floor where bubbles are coming up.
