Ok for that trip, but next time I will select another hotel
- What did you like most?Good entrance vibe.
- Was there anything you didn't like?Rooms are small and the bed mattress was old and not firm. The TV also was partially broken and the screen was not crisp. Entry door to the room had a rather big gap on the bottom out to the hallway. Cleaning lady forgot one cleaning glove in the bathroom and also on cleaning day 2 it was not taken away.
- Was there anything you didn't like?Housekeeping came into my room without my permission while I was out on an excursion. My Victoria’s Secret hoodie went missing. I’ve been going back and forth with the hotel concierge about someone stealing my jacket from my room. Initially they stated that it may have gotten mixed up in the linen that they removed from my hotel room. However, my jacket was on the back of the chair in the room when I left for the day. The hotel insisted that I misplaced it. I traveled from NJ where it was 50 degrees. So the jacket stayed in my room the entire time. And that is where it went missing from. The front desk operator argued with me stating they investigated and came up with nothing. A staff member, more than likely housekeeping, removed my jacket from the room. The hotel has done nothing to rectify the situation. No reimbursement (the jacket was $60), no comp room, no nothing !
