- What did you like most?The location was fine.
- Was there anything you didn't like?My husband and I traveled together but his name was on the booking so I was turned away at the front desk and was told I could not check in. I understand your policy but I have been staying at Marriotts my entire adult life booking the same way and have never been turned away. Also the air conditioner squealed all night long. When I told the front desk the response I got was that they would have a mechanic look at it in the morning. They offered no other resolution so we literally stayed awake all night long. I almost went to the lobby to sleep on the couch.
It was perfect for our needs… the front desk was very kind! Thank you
