- Was there anything you didn't like?I've never posted one of these reviews before but I feel compelled to after my recent visit over NYE. On our first night staying there, the front desk called our room three times in a row in the middle of the night (2AM+) until we were woken up and picked up just to ask if we could help open one of those partition doors down the hall that they couldn't open up for some reason. When politely confronted about why in the world they would call us and wake us up in the middle of the night they were incredibly rude, unapologetic, and dismissive. We also waited over an hour to just receive water / drinks on two separate occasions for breakfast and towels for our room. Just an absolute nightmare.
